This blog carries a paraphrase of Ayurvedic Home Remedies shown on Television. The terms used for medicinal plants and ingredients are mostly in Telugu (a south Indian language) and sometimes in Sanskrit.
Please note that I am not an Ayurvedic doctor myself. However, I am reproducing the remedies word for word from what I see on Television.
The basic aim of this blog is to make sure that I document and store all ayurvedic remedies that are easy to make at home and are effective in curing many problems faced by us on a day to day basis.
