Ingredients:
200 grams of Carrot
200 grams of Beet root
500 grams of tomatoes
250 grams of hard or rock sugar (Misri) finely powdered

Method:
Step 1: Clean, and chop carrot, beetroot and tomatoes into small pieces. Mix all of them and grind it into a paste in a mixer-grinder. Take a clean dry muslin cloth and extract the juice out of this paste into a container. Make sure that all the juice is extracted from this mixture. Keep the pulp aside in another container, do not throw it away. It is going to be useful too.
Step 2: Mix the powdered sugar in the juice. On a mild flame heat the juice while stirring occasionally. Stir the juice untill the powder gets mixed completely and the juice begins to thicken. Do allow it to become too thick. When it is moderately thick. Take it off the flame and allow it to cool down.
Step 3: Once the juice cools down add the honey to this and mix it well. Store this juice extract in a bottle.
Step 4: When preparing the health drink with this, take one-fourth or one-third of this juice in a glass and top it up with drinking water. Add the juice of half a lemon to this for taste. Mix well and serve.
Dosage: This juice must be had two to three times in a day.
Result: This will increase blood and hemoglobin levels besides replenishing the body with essential vitamins.
What to do with the pulp?
Add sufficient amount of butter to the pulp to make it stick together. Use this as a face pack. Apply this paste on your face once every day so that it covers the face completely.
