Ingredients:
Oma or Vama (50 gms)
Desi Cow's milk ()
Method:
Dry roast oma for a few minutes. Allow it to cool. Coarse grind it manually and then remove the skin or the outer layer of oma and keep the remaining stock of oma pappu. Add this to the milk in a big container and boil it with occasional stirring on a low flame. Boil till all the milk evaporates and only oma remains at the bottom of the container. Allow it to cool and then dry it till it becomes completely dry without any moisture. Store this powder in a glass jar.
Intake:
Take half teaspoon of this powder in a glass of water twice everyday half an hour before meals.
